  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Shoes are great quality but I sent them back. They look nice in the picture but made me look like my mom. Also, they are really very narrow in the front, much narrower than ordinary barefoot/minimalist shoes, but too wide for me in the back, so measure yourself well and check the sizing table before ordering!
